Provision of services

ACSUCYL offers a Evaluation Services Catalog to public or private bodies in the areas of research, university teaching staff, university degrees or quality in higher education institutions.

Universities or other organisations may submit to the Director of the Agency their solicitud de prestación de servicios (108 kbytes) , wherein they should indicate the call, programme or procedure to which the assessment is linked as well as its characteristics, together with an estimation of the number of files to be evaluated and the dates by which the assessment reports will be needed. In this regard, the reference deadlines specified in the list of assessment services should be taken into account, and the request should be submitted at least one month prior to the commencement of the assessment process in question.

The request will be submitted for approval by ACSUCYL'S Board of Directors , who will make an appraisal thereof depending on the availability of resources at the Agency and will establish, where applicable, the fees charged for the provision of the service, in accordance with the tarifas aplicables. After approval by the Board of Directors, the requesting entity and ACSUCYL will sign a contract detailing both parties’ commitments in relation to the assessment service in question together with the assessment protocols (criteria and methods).

The evidence to be evaluated for conducting the assessment should be submitted by the university to the Agency through the applications and assessment management means available at the Agency. Notification of the assessment report decisions will be sent by the Agency to the university through the same applications.
