Continuing with the series of webinars addressing current challenges in university education, organised by ACSUCYL in conjunction with other Spanish university quality assurance agencies, on 12 May at 11:30 h the fourth of these will be held, this time dealing with university studies in computer and telecommunications engineering.

Content:

The external university quality assurance agencies from Aragón, Castilla y León, Andalusia, the Canary Islands, the Basque Country and Catalonia are jointly organising a series of online webinars or seminars dealing with the current challenges facing university education from the standpoint of employers.

The fourth of these is aimed at: offering an overall and up-to-date view of the principal challenges facing university education in computer and telecommunications engineering from the standpoint of employers, putting forward the views of employers based on a case study carried out in Catalonia and, thirdly, discussing what should be the specific areas of improvement for university education in computer and telecommunications engineering, for which quality assurance agencies will help by showing general data to emerge from their evaluations.

The seminar is geared towards senior officers at universities as well as those in charge of university studies in computer and telecommunications engineering, technical units at universities, staff from quality assurance agencies, employers in the area, senior public administration officers, professional colleges, students, graduates, and other stakeholders
