On 11 December 2020, the agreement of 9 December by the Board of Directors of the Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Castilla y León (ACSUCYL) launching the selection process for Director of the Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Castilla y León was published in the official gazette of Castilla y León. Having examined the applications submitted by the candidates and after having evaluated the accrediting documents as well as the requirements and merits put forward –in accordance with the stipulations set out in the call and pursuant to article 41 of Law 3/2003, of 28 March, governing universities in Castilla y León and article 8.l) of Decree 15/2015, of 19 February, approving the rules– the plenary session of the Board of Directors of the Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Castilla y Leon appointed its new director at its session on 15 February.
