In order to publicise the work being done, ACSUCYL organised an online meeting on 11 May, which was attended by 120 people, including academic officers at universities, senior technical officers at the respective technological units for quality and staff at the services involved in designing and planning official degrees.

At the meeting –which was chaired by the director of the Agency (Salvador Rus Rufino)– a talk was given by the scholars Javier Paricio Royo (University of Zaragoza) and Miguel Ángel Zabalza Beraza (University of Santiago de Compostela), who are members of the Agency's working group.

During the meeting, the document which the Agency has published was followed by an exposition of various practical cases. The second part of the meeting saw the participation of universities in the questions session.
