Strategic Plan

The ACSUCYL Strategic Plan ACSUCYL 2021-2025. (730 kbytes) , approved by the ACSUCYL Board of Directors, constitutes the framework of action for the exercise of the functions that the Agency is assigned as an external evaluation body of the university system of Castilla y León. The Plan establishes the strategic lines that ACSUCYL will deploy in the coming years:

• Line I: Evaluation Processes.
• Line II: Thematic Analysis.
• Line III: Quality Assurance.
• Line IV: Internationalization.
• Line V: Sustainable Development.
• Line VI: Organization, Resources and Communication.

Each strategic plan is designed based on an analysis of the previous situation (extent to which the previous plan was carried out, external reviews to which the Agency is subject) and the national and international context of quality assurance agencies in the European Higher Education Area, drawing on the participation of the various stakeholders involved (universities, public authorities, students, senior technical officers at the Agency).
