The Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León (ACSUCYL) has its own telematic registry, to facilitate the submission of writings, applications and communications by those interested in certain evaluation programs developed by the Agency.
Presentation using this system thus removes the need to submit any paper documents. Documents should be submitted as electronic files attached to the application form, scanning the original documents for said purpose.
Once registration has been completed, a registration number will be provided together with an electronic receipt for said registration.
Access to this registration will require a digital authentication certificate and electronic signature as a natural person. Valid for this purpose are the digital certificates issued by the Spanish National Mint (FNMT) or the one included in the Electronic National Identity Document (DNI-e) . The appropriate set up in the electronic device through which the connection is made is also required.
Those interested can appeal to the faculty resolutions through "Presentation of teaching resources"
In addition, those interested in receiving online information and notifications from the Agency concerning certain assessment programmes carried out by the Agency must be registered with the Notification system of the Junta de Castilla y León .
