Internal quality assurance systems (IQAS)

Within the framework of ACSUCYL'S  Quality Policy (91 kbytes) , and in order to ensure that all the processes carried out by ACSUCYL are conducted correctly– an internal quality assurance system (IQAS) was established in accordance with the requirements of   ISO 9001 , Said system has been certified AENOR in accordance with the requirements of  ISO 9001:2015 with the international recognition of   IQNet  until 2021..

This IQAS was implemented in 2006 and is maintained internally in order to ensure that processes function correctly. The most relevant information concerning the system is set out below:

The Agency's main processes and activities are regularly subject to external review by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
