ACSUCYL’S Board of Directors is the Agency's collegiate governing body whose duties involve approval of the annual action plan proposed by the Director, as well as the action report, approving the preliminary draft budget and the annual accounts, and approving staff provisions.
ACSUCYL'S Board of Directors is presided by the regional Minister for Education, with the vice-presidency falling to the General Director for Universities and Research, and is comprised of the chancellors of public universities, one chancellor representing private universities, together with representatives from the regional authorities and renowned figures from the academic, scientific and business world.
The annual action plan is structured around a series of action lines and chapters, taking into account ACSUCYL'S mission, the strategic and operational goals set out in its 2014-1019 Strategic Plan, and the Agency's List of Services.
At the Board of Directors meeting held on 26 November 2018, in addition to approving the 2019 annual action plan, the Director informed of the appointment of the members of the Agency's assessment committees in cases in which vacancies had arisen due to resignations, and approval was given for the provision of assessment services requested by universities and other entities.
