In order to improve the services it provides, the Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Castilla y Leon (ACSUCYL) needs to take into consideration the suggestions and grievances put forward by interested parties, through:

  • Suggestions box at the General Offices and Information and Citizens’ Attention Offices at the Regional Government of Castilla y Leon.
  • Service 012 for administrative information and citizen attention at the Regional Government of Castilla y Leon, calling 012 / 983 327 850.
  • Suggestions and Complaints Book, available at the Agency's offices and in the Information Units and Citizens’ Attention Office, Castilla y León.
